CEO and Chief Scientist
Keith is the lead founder at AdvanceNet Labs. After a career in consulting and executive roles with firms such as Accenture, i2 Technologies and Infor, he shifted his focus, primarily applying his skills to address social sector challenges. He is an accomplished social entrepreneur, having been a founding force in The Aidmatrix Foundation, and for over a decade led the daily operations as its Chief Operating Officer/Chief Technology Officer before spinning off some of the latest innovations as the basis for AdvanceNet Labs.
Keith also contributed to the launch of several other organizations and today contributes to the advancement of other social sector and commercial concerns including: AidConnect (Germany), Social Venture Partners Dallas, 121 Community Church, Finney Media and several real estate consortia.

AdvanceNet Labs Board Chair; Global Managing Director, Leadership Development – Accenture
Camille is the Global Director of Leadership Development at Accenture. She is responsible for Accenture’s Leadership Development strategy, including succession planning. She works closely with Accenture’s C-Suite, including the CEO, COO, Board of Directors and Business Unit CEOs to establish leadership development priorities to align with our business priorities. Camille leads a global group of professionals in designing and implementing leadership programs that deliver results for Accenture.
She has nearly twenty years of experience providing leadership in a variety of areas related to professional services including business processes, talent management, leadership development, succession planning and organizational and human capital strategy.
Manager, Shelter Operations
Jennifer Morrison serves as SafeNight’s Director of Shelter Operations. Jennifer’s leadership in the domestic violence industry is proven as a former Executive Director for a local shelter in Dallas County for more than 10 years, with experience for up to 30 years with established credibility amongst her peers. Prior, Jennifer served as the Director of a Sexual Assault Recovery Program for six years and managed
a private counseling practice.
As a Consultant and Grant Writer for North Texas Nonprofit Resources, Jennifer’s expertise includes grant writing, research, proposal and program development, and grant reporting. She has spearheaded efforts leading to receiving millions of dollars in government grants and private funding sources.
Jennifer holds Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Education degrees, and is a Licensed Professional Counselor.
